First I stamped the image twice on white card stock.
Next I colored the images. One image should be colored entirely. On the other image you can just color the parts you want to accent on your finished image or if you aren't sure, you can color the second one completely as well. 
Once the smaller pieces are cut out, add pop dots or dimensionals to the back and then layer them on the main image.
Once the glue has dried you can assemble your card. Here is my finished project. I think popping up the bubbles makes them look like they are floating in the air. I really wish I could relax like that in the tub!
